2022 COVID-19 RULES FOR THE JERICHO

Covid is still affecting small businesses and as such we will ask you to continue to follow all NYS guidelines when visiting our theater. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.

 

HOW DO I OBTAIN ADMISSION TO THE DRIVE-IN?

When navigating our website,

1.     Click on “Drive-In”

2.     Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Tickets

3.     Select how many Adult and/or Children’s tickets you want to purchase and click add to cart

4.     After checkout you will receive an email confirmation

5. You may also purchase tickets at the gate as long as we are not sold out

-At the Box Office simply provide your confirmation or Last Name

-We accept all major credit cards/ Apple Pay/ Google Pay

DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK?

PLEASE FOLLOW NYS GUIDELINES

I HAVE AN SUV- CAN I STILL TURN IT AROUND AND SIT/LAY IN THE BACK?

Yes. You may also sit in the back of an open pick up truck.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT THE DRIVE IN?

YES. They must be leashed while outside your vehicle and quiet during the movie. Please also clean up after them if necessary.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD?

Although we are one of the few drive ins that allow outside food and do not charge a food permit fee, we do ask that while you are on property you would support us at the concession stand. We make very little money on the movie itself. We hope that you enjoy a night out at the movies and order from our concession stand. We do not want to have to start charging for outside food. We thank you for your support. HOWEVER, absolutely no outside food deliveries are allowed. Do not have food delivered to the drive-in.

PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS

Any pick ups or drop offs of children, teens, adults…must take place at the box office…not the back exit. Everyone must enter through the box office entrance. Please do not drop off your child at the exit. This is NOT allowed.

ONCE I AM INSIDE THE DRIVE IN, HOW DO I BUY MY FAVORITE SNACKS/FOOD?

IMPORTANT- online ordering is ONLY available to Drive-In customers and not the public

3.     IMPORTANT- please do not purchase items from Concession and Twist Ice Cream during the same transaction. Instead make two SEPARATE orders. Concession is not capable of fulfilling orders for Twist items

4.     Add your favorite food/snacks to your cart and check out

5.     When your order is ready you will receive an automated text message

CAN I ORDER ICE CREAM WHILE AT THE DRIVE-IN?

IMPORTANT- online ordering is ONLY available to Drive-In customers and not the public

3.     IMPORTANT- please do not purchase items from Concession and Twist Ice Cream during the same transaction. Instead make two SEPARATE orders. Twist is not capable of fulfilling orders for Concession items

4.     Add your favorite ice cream to your cart and check out

5.     When your order is ready you will receive an automated text message

POP UP TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED

UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

WILL THE BATHROOMS BE OPEN?

Yes, our bathrooms are open. They are located at the concession stand, ladies room at the rear of the building, men’s room at the left hand side.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SET UP CHAIRS/BLANKETS OUTSIDE MY VEHICLE TO WATCH THE MOVIE?

Yes.

DO YOU PLAY MOVIES IN THE RAIN?

Yes, we play the movie rain or shine. No matter how much it is raining or storming, we play the movie. If you choose not to visit due to weather, you must request a refund before showtime. We always play the movie no matter the weather. We will not play the movie unless we have at least 5 cars present at showtime.

GARBAGE?

it has been our policy to provide each customer with a trash bag so that they may use it to dispose of their trash in our receptacles or our dumpster. During this time of Social Distancing we kindly ask you to bring your trash bag that was provided to you to the garbage cans outside or inside of cncession or directly to our dumpster located behind the snack bar. Please do not dispose of trash in the parking lot or on the field. Or you may take it home with you.

car lights

You may NOT have any exterior or interior lights on your vehicle once the movie starts. All lights must be off. If you are unsure how to accomplish this task, please ask at concession. If your car does not allow the lights to be off while the car is running, then your car must be off. No exceptions. We are an outdoor movie theater. For the enjoyment of the rest of the paying drive in patrons you must comply with this rule.

refunds

All refunds must be requested prior to showtime. We will be happy to process a refund if you purchased tickets ahead of time and can not make it to the drive in. No refunds will be given after showtime has begun. Please email us at jerichodrivein@aol.com to request a refund.
